Robin Neema is an accomplished educator with a robust academic and professional background in management and finance. He holds both an MBA and M.Com degree and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV), Indore. With 16 years of experience in education and administration, Mr. Neema has established a notable presence in the academic field.

Mr. Neema has made significant contributions to research, holding 2 patents and publishing numerous research articles in recognized national and international journals. His commitment to professional growth is further demonstrated by his participation in 2 UGC Refresher Courses and various national and international conferences and workshops. He has also organized a variety of conferences, workshops, and Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) at both national and international levels.

Assistant Professor Rajendra Malaviya has over 10 years of academic experience and has been with Vishisht School of Management (Affiliated to DAVV Indore) since August 2021. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Vedica Institute of Technology, Bhopal (Affiliated to RGPV Bhopal).

He has experience as a Guest Faculty at Govt Polytechnic College (Affiliated to RGPV Bhopal) and as a TGT Computer teacher at CBSE-affiliated schools.

He currently manages Social Media & Public Relations, Value Addition Certifications, Vocational Training Programs, and Attendance. He has coordinated workshops like the National Teacher Council (NTC) and participated in a Teacher's Conference by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Prof. Pratibha Sharma is currently an Assistant Professor at Vishisht School of Management, Indore, with over 3 years experience. Before joining VSOM, she worked for 3 years at Softvision College, gaining extensive expertise in her field.

She holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com) with a specialization in Taxation from DAVV, Indore, and is UGC NET-qualified in Commerce. In addition to her academic role, Prof. Sharma serves as the Cultural Coordinator, organizing and leading various cultural activities.

She has published multiple research papers in reputed ISBN and peer-reviewed journals and actively participates in workshops and seminars for continuous academic and professional development.

Prof. Priyanshi Dubey is an Assistant Professor and Course Coordinator for the B.Com (Taxation) program at Vishisht School of Management. She holds an M.Com in Taxation and a B.Com in Computer

Application from DAVV, along with a Diploma in Aviation, Hospitality, and Travel Management from Frankfinn Institute. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Commerce from Renaissance University, Indore. With over two years of academic experience, she specializes in taxation, business law, and economic policy. Prof. Dubey has published six research papers and attended 20+ national and international conferences. She is an active member of the Discipline and Cultural Committees, contributing to both academic and extracurricular activities. Her dedication to teaching, research, and student growth makes her a valuable asset to the academic community.

Dr. Jalaj Sethi holds a Ph.D. from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore, and an M.Phil from the same institution. He also holds an M.Com from Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Vedic Vishwavidyalaya and a B.Com from Awadhesh Pratap Singh University.

With 6 years of school teaching and 10 years of college teaching experience, Dr. Sethi has been actively involved in academic and research fields. He has published 10 papers in prestigious journals and has contributed extensively to research areas. He also holds a patent under his name. Dr. Sethi has attended over 35 workshops and 15+ Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) to enhance his teaching methods and stay updated in his field.

Dr. Sethi’s professional journey includes industry experience with Nokia, where he closely observed industry practices. He currently works at Vishisht School of Management, Indore, where he is in charge of the Internship/Placement Cell, Scholarship Cell, DAVV & Higher Education Works, and serves as the Course Coordinator for BA, M.Com, and MSW programs.

Mr. Akash Debnath received his undergraduate degree from Tripura University (A Central University), Agartala, and his postgraduate degree in Commerce from the Central University of Jharkhand, Ranchi, where he was awarded a silver medal for ranking second in his university batch.

He has over two years of corporate experience, beginning his career as an equity research analyst at Business Quant and later serving as an audit executive at a well-known CA firm. Mr. Debnath has also received job offers from reputed firms such as Goldman Sachs, Morning Star, and HDFC Bank. He cleared the UGC NET-JRF in Commerce in 2022 with an All-India rank of 51 and the UGC NET in Management in 2023. Currently, he serves as an Assistant Professor (Code-28) at Vishisht School of Management, Indore, while pursuing a Ph.D. in Commerce at D.A.V.V. and an MBA from DOL, IGNOU. He has also completed various implant trainings, including GST AAP by NSDC, Asset Valuation by NSE, and Equity Research with Python by Morning Star & Fidelity.

Mr. Debnath has a keen interest in research, having published research papers in high-impact national and international journals. His research interests include the capital market, security analysis, risk management, banking efficiency, and sustainable finance.

Dr. Ragini Singh is an accomplished academician serving as an Assistant Professor with expertise in both teaching and administration. She holds key roles, including Internship and Placement Cell In-Charge, Bharti Gyan Parampara Cell In-Charge, and Course Coordinator for B.Com Plain and Sales.

A Gold Medalist during her postgraduate studies, Dr. Singh completed her B.Com (Honors) and M.Com (Honors) at Indira Gandhi National Tribal University, Amarkantak, and earned her Ph.D. from Vikram University, Ujjain.

With over 3 years of teaching experience at institutions such as Vishisht School of Management, Dr. Singh has authored research papers published in reputed journals and participated in over 30 academic events. Her versatility is demonstrated by securing placements with TCS Nagpur and Axis Bank during her academic journey.

Prof. Suhani Maheshwari serves as an Assistant Professor and Course Coordinator for the BBA program. With past few year of academic experience, she is dedicated to creating a dynamic and interactive learning environment that fosters student growth and engagement.

Beyond academics, she serves as the Cultural Coordinator, spearheading initiatives that enhance student participation and holistic development.

Prof. Siddharth Jain is a dedicated Assistant Professor with a strong focus on digital marketing, entrepreneurship, banking, and management. His teaching philosophy emphasizes fostering critical thinking, encouraging innovation, and cultivating a dynamic and engaging learning environment.

Prof. Anushka Dongre, an MBA graduate from IIPS, DAVV, and a PhD scholar at IMS, DAVV, began her academic journey at Vishisht School of Management. She serves as Batch In-charge of BBA FT and manages the Newsletter, Magazine, and Social Media activities. Proficient in French, she combines her diverse skills with a passion for inspiring students and fostering their professional growth.

Prof. Vaibhav Lad, with five years of academic experience, serves as an Assistant Professor and Coordinator for NSS and Red Ribbon initiatives.
